 I dont see why it would be a problem in fact its a great basis for a relationship. The both of you were friends therefore you knew each other and i think you should go for it. Just be prepared that the both of you may have changed over the years but other than that i think yea its a good idea go for it.

 its not bad to date someone from ur past :) at least u know wat he is alike and more things than a new comer into ur life .. u`ll at least know how to work it out with the guy and how to lead ur relationship ...
