Question - (4 January 2017) 2 Answers - (Newest, 6 January 2017)
A female United Kingdom age 36-40, anonymous writes:

I asked a friend who I like and who knows I like him, advice about dating as my ex is now started dating again and my friend told me to get out there etc. I then took a month away from social media.

I came back mid/late December and I found out that in that time my friend has gone into a relationship.

We talk etc for about 3 days and then A couple of days later changes it back to single.

Is this a coincidence?

aunt honesty agony auntYou think because you both spoke for a few days he broke up his relationship? Seems a bit much if it was only talking you guys done. Are you sure he was in a relationship and it was not just a social media mishap? Talk to him about it and see what he has to say. Seems a lot to have happened in a month off no social media. Surely you would have known if he is a friend if he had a girlfriend or not, it seems you don't know him very well at all.
