A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Sorry about the essayness!

Okay so my friend is having a massive party she's paid a lot of money for, and another friend (she is not massively close to but still close) then decides to go out clubbing the same night, and use her venue as a 'pre drinks' and take a group with him.

My boyfriend, one of he's best mates, then tells me about this clubbing thing, and he is scared about getting stuck in the middle but he will have a word with him about it.

I then told him not to worry and that i will speak to my friend whose party it is, and she will have a word with him.

She then text him saying she would be hurt if he took a lot of people away from her party and he then went on to make a fuss, but eventually cancelled it. He then said someone had been shit stirring, but she told him that wasn't the case and left it at that.

Now I'm worried that he will have a go at my boyfriend because well, the only way she would have found out if the way its gone.

I know there isn't much advice you can give me now, but do you think I should be worried, or am I overreacting? (I think about things too much lol)
