I'm always dreaming as if i'm eating, when i wake up my chest hurts and i feel the pain goin down to my lower stomach. Wat's really happening to me? Should i be worried?

Aunty Susie agony auntI wouldn't like to guess. I think you should definitely go and see a doctor. The dreaming is probably just your brain picking up the sensation from your body. Don't worry, but go see your doctor.
