writes:Hey guys! Okay i want to figure out if this guy likes me or not. He is a really sweet guy and just an all over great person, but im having trouble figuring out if he is interested. We do work together so im being cautious about the whole situation. He comes off as being a little interested. We tend to flirt here and there but I think he wants to keep things at work professional. He'll look my way and smile, and we joke around and tease each other. There are definitely vibes.The other day we were outside of work and he was being very flirtatious. He was open and giving me very flirty stares, standing awkwardly close to me, and his mood was just completely elevated.So i guess im just looking for some ideas as to what to do in this situation. I dont know if i should be completely open or wait for him to make the first move because at times it seems like i get mixed signals. I would appreciate any insight you guys/gals may have!!!

 ok i love questions like these because i know what i like!! ok i like it when a girl comes on to me but not to much!! don't just ask him out let him know ur interested.. uhh ask him questions,get to know him and when hes ready hell make his move u just gotta be open and wait a lil bit!

He will be quite surprised in a good way of such initiative. 99 percent of the shots you dont take, dont go in so youll never know if he has interest or not unless you take the bull (or camel where I live) by the horns ;p
