So this is a strange question but let me tell alittle bit first

My grandma died in 08 she was a amazing person even though she spoke Spanish and no english and I spoke english and no Spanish we were still close I went on a vision quest during my fast I had a dream of me and her and she was giving me rice to eat

But lately when I'm working out or Studying for the army and I start to give up or slow down. This will sound silly and stupid. But I get this sudden rush it's like I feel this warmth come across me and I hear like motivational talk, like I'll hear "the moment you give up is the moment you lose respect for yourself" and I'll get this like this energy out of nowhere there's so many more but it only works if I'm giving up or slowing down

Like that didn't happen 3 years ago

Could this be my guardian angel or my grandma?

A female reader, Queen_Katie United Kingdom +, writes (8 November 2010):

Personally I don't believe in guardian angels, or spirits speaking to us from the dead. But I don't think you have to believe that to think that this is your grandma's influence on you. Special people like her can live on in our memories, and can inspire our thoughts and actions for decades after they have passed. I believe that your grandma gave you love and words of wisdom that will live in your heart forever. Her warmth and her strength are still with you, though she is sadly with us no more.

But I also think that you sound like her worthy grandson. Her example is showing you the strength, the determination, and the love you have inside of yourself. While her words inspired you to the actions you have taken, the credit for them is all your own. This tells me that, in time, you will be as good a role model to your own grandchildren as your grandmother was to you, inspiring them by example, encouraging them with wise words, and helping them on their path.

Hiya

I completely believe that our loved ones visit us and help us in our lives when they know we need it.

If I were you, go to bed a bit earlier than usual but don't go to sleep. Relax and ask your guardian angel to protect you. Then in your mind ask "Who is helping me and giving me energy?" then try to keep your mind clear and see if you get any images, ideas or hear the same voice-it might take a while but you should eventually get an answer-whether its a voice you hear or perhaps that night you have a dream that answers your question.

Whenever you hear the voice and get the energy in your mind thank them for sending it. By acknowledging their work you are bound to get more and more moments like this in your life.

You could always search google for spiritualist groups near you as they usually have mediums you can trust and they can help you find out too.

Good Luck X
