 You have got nothing to loose. sometimes a sibling would get a bit weary if it is a close friend but i'm sure your sister won't mind considering it is your sister's friends sister, it isn't any real connection to her and therefore she won't have to face the embarrassment if things don't go smoothly for the two of you.
