Should I accept to see him if he suggests this?

A female Czech Republic age 51-59, anonymous writes:

After some time that the man i used to date last year did't call me ;as i have decided not to call him again, suddenly he called me. He was polite and i talked to him kindly without denying to go out with him again, although i don't intent to do so. I don't intend to start again my relationship with him because it's without any meaning but i haven't got over him and i feel really disappointed. My feelings haven't disappeared yet.

I think of him that he may be with someone else and have fun and i really can't stand it. I think that it's my fault that we aren't together even if i tried to be with him but he didn't gave the same interest to me. Should i stay to this and try to move on without go out with him any more or should i accept to see him if he proposes that to me? I don't deny that sometimes i want to call him and speak with him although i haven't called him lately.
