 This one is basically down to how comfortable you feel and whether he has and STD. If you're unsure about his sexual health then, yes, wear a condom. Like PsyCookie says, though, make sure it's flavoured. You can get an STD from a hand job. If you have any cuts or sores on your hands or fingers and it comes into contact with semen then you can get an STD. You have to ask yourself "are you comfortable with doing these things without a condom?" If you're not, then make him wear one. But also ask yourself if your comfortable doing these things at all. Don't be pressured into doing something that you don't want to do.

 It depends. If he's free of STDs, then it's safe to not use a condom. If you don't know if he has STDs, it would be wise to ask him if he does and if he doesn't answer you, make him use a condom. Also, a condom can prevent you from swallowing of spitting if you don't think you will stand his fluids (and smell).

 with a hand job there is no need for a condom - condoms are for protection and there is no risk of pregnancy from giving a hand job. as for giving a blow job - it is kind of up to you, i know alot of girls who use flavoured condoms when giving head. also with the cumming situation again it is up to you. when i am giving head i stop when he cums as i really hate the taste!!! its up to you hunny, just make sure you are careful and are comfortable.
