If you're in college, then it's fine to feel like this. It's GOOD to feel like this because it brings out the younger you! There is also nothing wrong about starting a conversation with a guy especially with all the "talking" going on. If you feel there is something there, then go talk to him when you get a chance. Just start off as subtle like "calling" him out on his flirting with the eyes. He'll probably blush maybe give you a reason why he does this. If it's a positive response and he seems like a free guy then just go ahead and ask him for a date... brunch, coffee, etc. I wouldn't go to a restaurant or movies just yet. Brunch and coffee are two nice, relaxing activities for two college kids. Good luck.

reader, anonymous, writes (19 November 2008): There was this very shy guy at college.Through out our final year I supplied his pencils,erasers,pens,rulers,paper,stapler.you name a stationery and I have supplied him.It went so far that I had an extra piece always ready for him.
If assignments were given by the teachers my assignment was asked by him for reference every time.
I admired the tact and sheer ingenuity of the guy.Me being cheeky helped him out every time with out speaking a single word.
Start by asking pens,rulers and other stationery.Act as if you are searching for a pen or pencil before asking.Make sure your friends around you say No when you ask them.If the guy really likes you he would see it as an ice breaker and start talking more.
If he has smiled at you things are definitely positive.I would still say tread carefully.All the best dear!
