 When you say there is not a reason to finish with her, well her plans for the future that are driving you up the wall is a good enough reason.
If you don't want to be with her anymore then you have got to be upfront and honest and tell he how you feel. The longer you leave it the harder it will get, so do it now.

 There is a reason- She's got too heavy making plans for the future and you've decided it's too much too early. Which at your age I don't blame you for. Just end it with her if you don't want to be with her.
