reader, anonymous, writes (23 October 2008): Just be really nice to her and tell her you wouldn't treat her bad like she has been by this other guy. Be really sweet and respectful and she should say yes if she's interested.

reader, anonymous, writes (23 October 2008): Well, knowing that she is in a spot right now where she is feeling a little insecure or used or cast aside, take that in to consideration when you speak with her...be str8 up...tell her that you saw how she was treated and that it was rude and disrespectfull and that no one should treat her that way...then segua it over to you and say you would never treat her that way, even if she said no to going to homecoming with you...putting yourself out there shows balls, integrity, and that you are interested regardless of what she says...and if she is worth your attention, she will hear that you have cared about her getting hurt and that you have more respect for her than the other stupid boy....
