writes:Hello dear cupid, my problem is this.Me and my girlfriend have been going out for a few months now, and let's face it. She hasn't been the warmest of girlfriends. She never hugged or kissed in public, through the months, she has difficulty with affection of any sort, and as far as things go, she's pretty confident with everything just not me. Anyway, i was supposed to be seeing her for the weekend but she sends me a text saying that she couldn't go out as she was having a 'cousins' day and going do a lads house for a BBQ. i later talk to her auntie about it as we are very good friends, she then pointed out that this 'lad' fancies her and is rather obsessed with her, she also added that she kind of has a thing for him aswell.can anyone help me with this problem please?thankyou dearcupid

Look, I feel your pain.My girlfriend's the same.. and she has lots of "lads" coming after her.Talk to her about it and settle things down.Public affection is important. Shows that the relationship is a strong one.
