writes:Ok here it goes my bf is getting divorced and the papers have been filed. She did not contest the papers now she has served him with spousel support papers. Does any one know what can happen? This is a never endidng nightmare. It's adding stress to our relationship.

you dont really give much information , if you want more than a few people to respond, its best to elaborate.
From what you say, its a simple case of wait and see. Your partner has an ex partner who is claiming against him. Without any details its pretty hard to offer advice mate.
