writes: Theres a girl at school. She is a bit flirty around boys, ive known her for quite a while now as a friend.She is very pretty, and i sometimes feels she likes me. He does touch me a lot (as in my hand, my face sometimes etc). She also talks to me quite a bit.We hug everyday, and when we dont hug she says to me."I haven't had a hug yet!" Then she makes a little cute face.Im just wondering, how can i be sure if she actually likes me? Because im thinking of asking her out, and i just want to know if there are any signals girls do to tell a boy she likes him etc.Thanks.

 well, i do sometimes behave like that with a one or two guy friends. there may be an attraction there between us, but i just feel its just me being friendly okay theres a bit of firtious but i feel its just from a friend to a friend.
thats just my view i maybe very wrong. i think you should speak to her, to see where you stand. tell her how you feel but be pretend for the i just want to be friend talk. before you do all this think do you really wanna risk the friendship you have but entering a relationship. is it really worth the risk.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 March 2006): OK, as a girl, I can say that I know many girls who do this just because they like to manipulate guys-they love the attention. To me it sounds like she's just playing you-I bet if you watch her with other guys she behaves exactly as she does with you. At the end of the day, if she is so forward about physical contact etc, she would ask you out if she really liked you that much. This girl gets what she wants when she wants - if she does want you, she will get you, and if she doesn't... well. You just have to GET over it.Harsh, but true. I've seen many girls behave like that and break guys hearts.Keep smiling :D
