writes: My girlfriend won't let me see her breasts because of a scar one on and they different sizes. I beg her to let me see at least one them in the dark but she says no and she doesn't want me get turn off when I see them. I think she won't me see them because of her ex. He ripped off her bra then made fun of her, I never even saw her without a shirt on. How can I make her feel better about herself?

Well yes I can kinda empathize, I don't like anyone seeing my arms thanks to being emo a few years back :( but anyway just tell her you're sure they're beautiful, let her get adjusted and then when she takes her bra off be like "what were you talking about" and tell her how beautiful she is.
Girls are suckers for that :P

reader, anonymous, writes (20 January 2009): first of all i know excatly how she feels except my scars are on my legs my step dad burned me. :( tell your gf that you would never want to hurt here and she means the world to you. what her ex did was wrong and you wouldnt ever do that even if you were angry or upset at her. tell her its just a scar and that it doesnt take away from her breast. tell her that you do love her no matter what her physical appearance may be that no one can say otherwise. just explain to her its a scar and it doesnt change who she really is. give her some time to heal because it does hurt when people do things like that. i know it took me a while to tell my bf i had scars on my legs i never wear shorts, skirts or anything that shows my legs because of that so i understand where shes coming from. give her time to heal and tell her youll always be there for her when she needs you no matter what.
