Question - (5 March 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 5 March 2009)
A female United States age 51-59, anonymous writes:

Hi: I guess I'm here to 'hurt'. There is this guy at work who used to really want me around and such. Well this older lady didn't approve of our closeness. Long story short, she and he are 'tight' now, and I hurt over it. When I was a teen there was this girl, and unbengonst to me, the two different girls over time, became my best friends, and she was the best friend to both of them. Perhaps I'm experienceing what she felt. It sucks.

Now the older lady who 'took' him from me, occasionally will stick it in my face here and there, but mostly, she tries to be nice to me, then run off with him. When he approaches he asks what's wrong your quiet today, as he did yesterday, I just smile and am not quite sure what to do. Nevertheless I have some tools he let me borrow, he said to hang on to them, but I'm going to return them to him on Friday. I never really experienced this before, perhaps its all in my head, but i do hurt when I'm around them. It pisses me off, I guess I miss the attention she is getting.. Thanks

kellyxxx agony auntPeople are allowed to have more than one friend, ask them both out to socialise! Become her friend too! Being jealous of this other girl is a very selfish thing, you should all get along, by doing this she has nothing to be nasty to you about! X
