 Well, you aren't being smart if you are accepting this. Firstly, the on-and-off part of your relationship over 3 years, should have tipped you off that it is best that you move on and find someone else.
I do not beleive for one second that they are all "just good friends". Whenever I have hung out with one of my ex's as just a good friend, I am sure the women reassured their boyfriends that I was just a friend, before they came over to get naked with me.
Sorry dude, but you are being played. Move out, and find someone else once and for all.

 If i was in a relationship with someone for almost three years, then they said that they are hanging with their ex and his mates i would be somewhat suspicious to say the least. After all an ex is someone she has been close too, shared intimate moments with. I can't really say many, if any guys would be happy about their partners sharing time with an ex. I would talk to her and say to her how you feel and that you not happy about it.
