writes: this girl saw my picture online and got my number. she kept calling and texting asking for me to go out with her. i kept saying i dunno and i wanna see her pic. she agreed. i deleted the picture without seein it coz my mate nearly saw it. but she has stopped texting and calling me and i've lost her number. i've found her picture on her address and i like her. but i keep thinking why she stopped texting or callin coz i never said anything. but i know she was crazy over me! i will hopefully get her number from a friend but dunno what to do? shall i text? call?

You have to see it from her point of view. She MAY (emphasis...) think that you're either just being a jerk and not talking to her or that you saw her picture and decided no, depending if she is self - conscious. Also, the fact that you wouldn't really talk to her without seeing her pic first may mean she thinks you were being slightly shallow, only going out with her because of looks etc....
What I think you should do is get in touch, text is normally a good way, and apologise for not keeping in touch that much. Then just say that you'd love to get to know her more etc. then, if she is still crazy about you, she will reply and agree then see how it goes. Perhaps meet up once or twice before you decide to go out.
(I have to say this, ENSURE THIS PERSON IS ACTUALLY WHO SHE SAYS SHE IS!! Internet security, you can n ever be too sure... its SO easy to download or edit pictures etc. sorry to sound like ur parents but its true ;) lol )
