writes: me and this girl have liked each other for about 5 years now being at school and we have gotten really close online and talking like we want to be a couple. but when we talk in person, i just get the feeling she dosent want to be there, we dont say much in person together, she always loses her smile. my friends keep telling me its because she is shy but i dont know. shes has recently been hanging around with some of my friends and she gets on really well and is happy with them. i think she even flirts slightly with them or its just for being funny. but now most of my friends have started to fancy her too, i dont want to fight my friends over her, she is under too much pressure already. im not even sure of my feelings for her anymore but i know she just gets on better with them than me it seems. this has lead me to being a bit depressed for the past week and i know that wont help her at all or anyone but i have been just for the fact that if i keep talking to her, the more im going to make it worse. also that i feel sorry for her and most other people because everyone seems to have something bad happen with friends or family and i dont have any of that kind of stuff, my life right now is great. its just, wouldnt mind sharing it or giving her part of it, i know i shouldnt think like that, should be thankfull for what i have. im trying to be imbetween being caring and not too cocky.maybe just best i stop for a while.. or for good.. but i do know there wasnt anyone else for me. we have mocks and GCSE's this year so maybe it is best that i stop so it isnt as much pressure on her.where does this leave me?

Lewis James is verified as being by the original poster of the questionhmm, im not sure what to believe, she dosent ever act depressed at school, but one time we sat next to each other in one of your classes and we got on just great but half way through it, she had a frown on. but thanks :)
