Let it grow on you, dont just walk up to her and ask "Do ya wanna go out with me?". Go out with other freinds aswell, talk to her 1 on 1 as often as possible and slip into a relationship. now u should ask her, dont get any1 else to do it, talk to her alone, and come str8 out.

Asking her why would be a good start. Maybe shes not long got out of a relationship, maybe she wants to get to know you better first. Theres a whole number of reasons. Theres not alot else i can say from the limited information.so try talking to her, good luck =]

Ask her why she won't go out with you. If she fails to give you a definite reason than she is probably lying about fancying you.

Well, I understand why you are confused, but don't worry, she's probably playing hard-to-get. Don't beat yourself up over it, and don't obsess over it either. Just wait a little bit and she'll open up to you.
