writes: we broke off a relatioship last week of about three years b/c she said she needed time..we talked on and off for about week about the relationship..she said she is confused, loves me,wants things to work, but she is not ready to start seeing me agian, ect..i told her i did not want to speak anymore under these conditions and that it was too hard for both of us, she cried and said she needs me, but she understands it is not fair to me..we have't talked in three days..today she sends me a valentines card that says "babe, happy valentines day with all my love, kisses a million times over" love always, J..what is this all about?? reader, anonymous, writes (14 February 2006): what i think is that there are two possible anwser's here and onoe is that she could besending you a message that she is done wanting this space and she is ready to continue dating or she does not want to be alone on v-day andreally she is scared of the direction you guy's are going. try talking to her. and or wait until like a week and just play it out.

reader, anonymous, writes (14 February 2006): i love this girl so much..but i really cannot be there for her like a friend..it is to risky for me..i cannot bear to talk to her and hear her say she is going out, doing fun things without me, ect..and what really hurts is that what if i stay as a friend with all these feelings being hidden and she turns around and says she is with someone 3 months down the road..it would kill me
