writes: My girlfriend prefers to have sex after she has drunk alcohol. she is then quite adventurous. we occasionally have it in the morning when she is sober. she tells me i'm the first person that she has had sober sex with in a long time. I am concerned that a previous habit of drunken 1 night stands has ruined her and inhibited her. I actually love her and want loving sex. I would do it every day if possible but she only wants it once a week. I don't know how to deal with this situation. how can i help her.

I have been there my ex bf was the same way. He thought it gave him an edge. I know it definitly got him going. At frist it bothered me I thought it was me and he was not attracted to me or something. I was wrong. He ended up being an alcoholic and that's all part of it. My ex said the same to me about haveing sex sober with my self. To me it sounds that you have a bigger problem then just haveing sex after alcohol. It sounds like you are starting a pattern that if you don't stop now you will never get out of it. I understand your a guy and sex is probably important to you but if you really love this woman you need to first look into getting her some help with her apparent drinking problem.Well you are doing that, think about next time shes drunk and wants sex. Tell her your not in the mood and only try to aproach her sexualy when she is sober. You don't need to tell her this is what your doing. Eventually she will catch on and instead of her setting the rules for your sexual encounters you will be. It also sounds like you like to make love and she likes to be a little more wild. Try to encourge her wild side when she is sober. The more you please a woman the more they are interested in pleasing you. Be patience good thing come to thoughs that wait.

Time is the key she will take time to learn that sex can be a connection of souls as a pose to just a way of boosting her self esteem. (because you must be hot if a guy wants to sleep with you) So try the romantic candle light thing or even run her a bath and treat her like gold then NOT make the first move - let her come to you.
