Ciar agony auntNever ever compete with another woman for a man. There are far too many out there to reduce yourself.

I agree with the anon female who replied before me. Improve your market value. Be graceful, positive and fun to be with. Expand your social circle, get in shape (if you aren't already), do interesting things (which also gives you something interesting to talk about). This will either entice him back or generate offers from better suitors.

Your boyfriend told you about this other woman because he is not afraid of losing you. He has other options. Make sure you do too.

Dear 'advice needed': I'm sorry for this unfortunate state of affairs happening to you and your bf. The first thing you have to do is take care of yourself. He is betraying you by accepting her advances. These are classic 'steal your boyfriend' moves.Be sweet, share your emotional problems, let him be your hero. First, It is time to protect yourself. Let him know that you are displeased with this arrangement and you know your value and you won't tolerate it. It is obvious that she is more important and your relationship with him isn't valuable enough to him. You want someone that can commit to you now and forever.Second, you should set distance between you and him.NO SEX, limited conversations where you should always be upbeat ,engaged with others and happy(I repeat HAPPY) Wear beatiful perfume ,lots of dresses, wear your hair down, look ultra feminine. This is important so he can understand that you have your feelers out for other men that are ready to be with you. Think: if she is winning you are going to lose him anyway. You have got to take drastic measures. This will prepare you for a new life without him or will let him realize that you are necessary to his life and he needs you above all others. You have really got to find some happiness in yourself and it can't revolve around how he feels about you. You need to find your reason for being in earth and focus on it. Also, you need to focus on dating more than one suiter(no sex here) you need to think with your head and not your clitoris. I f he leaves with her he was going to do it anyway and you have other relationships to you are fostering. Also, if you really are in love he will push her to the side and will rush to come back. Be elusive. Men want what they can't have easily. When you get him back(after he has proven that he wants to be commitment, thisis the time for great jewelry) set ground rules that you don't want to be friends withthe opposite sex while being involved with you.Let me know how this works out. I think you will be happy either way.

I would think about, if he was in love with you why would be fall in love with the other person. But it depends if shes attriactive. Mabey spice it up a bit to make him remember who he really wants:)
