You should talk to her about it, reasure her that it doesn't change anything.

Also she might not like just fooling around. She might feel that if your just messsing then oral is all your gettin'.

It could even be that she is just messing with you too. She don't want you to finger her she's just innit for the sex.

she might not feel comfortable with it. She might me fine doing stuff to you but not comfortable enough in herself for you do do stuff to her. Ask her but in a nice way and be considerate of whatever she says.
