writes:I dated this girl for 4 years and we broke up in January. I was going to propose to her and I still love her. We started talking again in March and then she suddenly stopped. Well she got in touch with me just recently and acts like she wants to get back together. I still love her but she has hurt me 3 times now. A few people tell me they think she's cheated on me but never had any proof and i never knew. I really want to get back together with her cause I still love her. No one I know wants me to get back together with her. However I dont know what to do. Someone told me I just want to be with her cause I don't want to be alone.

skitzojoker is verified as being by the original poster of the questionWell see whats goin on now is she doesn't want her friends to know she is talkin to me at all... as her friends dont like me and really have never had a reason not 2.... but my friends never told me anything bad about her.... till she dumped me the first time.... they had the utmost respect for her till then.

It sounds to me like she may be worrying, everyone thinks she hurts you, it can hurt a person deeply to know people think them as evil and such, personally I had an ex who I still loved, I wanted him back and got in contact with him but then I suddenly thought...what if it hurts him more to talk to him? what if he doesn't still want me? A lot of things go through a girls head when she loves someone and hurts them when she's not trying too, talk to her, ask her why and to just tell you yes or no to the question of whether she actually wants to be with you or not.
