okay, so theres dis gurl i really like, and im not sure but i think she likes me too, the problem is that when she moved to my town she left h boyfriend back over there in miami, my question is if i should ask her out? i mean sh acts like if she likes me and a lt of friend have told me to take the chance, should I?

this may surprise you but that is her choice to have a bf. not yours.

if she dumps that bf.. that is her decision to make.

Put yourself in her boyfriend's shoes. I'm sure he's finding it hard that his girlfriend isn't there enough, never mind her possibly cheating.. because this is what it will result in! Either she will cheat, or you'll get turned down. It's just not a good idea - respect that she's with someone and leave it there before anyone gets hurt.
