 She must be very aware of it too, yet she had the confidence to take her top off in front of you. You, on the other hand are obviously not as sexually confident as she is if this is what kind of thing freaks you out. C'mon, men are meant to like nipples... see it as you're lucky that she's got an extra one!

It's call polythelia. Try to understand how she copes with having an extra nipples.
She probably was freaked out when she learned she has extra nipples as well.
Naw, enough of the joking....I think what you can do is be honest with yourself, but also give yourself some time to see if you can get use to her extra nipple, and if not, then you should depart.
If you can cope with it, then everything is going to be fine.
But ask her how she copes with it by seeing it in the mirror, and when around her, tell her to not wear the top at all, and this will help, b/c you can use to the idea of see an extra nipple very fast and get over this uncomfortable feeling very fast.
