I have asked her out a few times over last six months but she is busy or tired. However, this week she seemed a little down so I asked her out again and she has invited me to her house for the evening. How do I read this, and how do I approach it on the night?

Hey,
just act natural. Be sweet, be yourself.
She obviously agreed to go out with you for a reason - stick with it and maybe you'll find out why!
Maybe she was nervous before - maybe she was seeing smeone else.....you never know!
Be a gentleman, she'll love you i'm sure....
Hope this helped,
