She's confused too.
It's hard having a big box of chocolate in front of you when you know how people would treat you if they saw you eating from it.
She's having the occasional sneaky nibble because she wants you.
Your best bet is just to be strong and tell her you respect her choice to stay in the closet. The cut contact and move on.
Stop torturing yourself and her and end this.
If she changes her mind when she sees what she's losing then she'll come back to you.
