writes:I asked a girl out on friday. We seemed to be getting on well so I asked for her number. I sent her a text to say when we should meet up and I haven't got a reply. I sent a second one to remind her who I am.I don't what I've done wrong, I was polite and confident and she seemed to like me. I don't know why women don't lke me. I'm I just doing something wrong or is it something I can't change?

reader, anonymous, writes (30 September 2007): Hi there...erm did you consider that perhaps she made an error with the phonenumber she gave you or perhaps you made a slight number mistake when adding it to your directory? I know it sounds stupid...but can easily be done! Or then again she may have given a wrong number purposely! Try and find another way of contacting her, perhaps you know where she lives or works? Firstly, if you have her number why dont you call her instead of texting?
Secondly, i dont think she would have gave you her number if she wasnt interested (so it probably aint you with the problem here)
Im sure your a lovely guy so dont put yourself down. And if nothing comes of this, theres plenty more fish in the sea.
