Loads of people go through this kind of stuff as they grow up. At least she feels that she can be honest with you, although if she is the same age as you, sex should be the last thing on your minds.
I am a bit confused by your post though! Do you mean that she has done this while she is seeing you?. Because thats terribly wrong, but up to you if you feel you can forgive her. You will have loads of girlfriends in your future, it's very doubtfull you will stay with the same girl. But I understand that you have feelings that seem really strong. No one can tell you what to do really, just go with your heart, but never let anyone stamp on it.
