She's guilty of a mere slip of the tongue. I think everyone, once they reach 25, has made the same mistake at least once in their life. I remember my parents calling me my brothers' names, and vice-versa. I've been called former husband's names, former lover's names, names of siblings, and names from who knows where, by women I've dated, and by my ex-wife. It doesn't mean anything. Laugh it off, unless you want to continue to make a big deal about it. You've only been married two months. Get over it, or you'll be looking for wife number 3 before long.
