She has a boyfriend leave well alone. How would you feel if she were your girlfriend and some bloke thought sod im gonna get her anyway ? Dating or seeking people that are unattached only leads to heartache one way or another, so its best to start a realtionship with someone who is single, saves alot of timewasting. And if she were open to running off with you, what does that say about it ? Would only be a matter of time before you found another offer! Im guessing she doesnt know you are interested or you would have put more info on here. So in a word NO!

Yes, you should. If she has a boyfriend and yet is willing to go off with you, she's not a very loyal girlfriend. What's to say you won't be the next guy she leaves?
There's no reason you can't let her know that you're interested in her, even telling her that you'd like to get to know her better if she wasn't already with someone. That's fine, but that's as far as it should go. The next step is hers, and that's to break up with her current boyfriend if she wants to go out with you.
Remember too, that if you try to lure her away from the other guy -- besides the problem of her fidelity in sneaking around with you -- you're could be asking for a fight from the boyfriend.
All in all, not a good idea.
