He keeps the above part well groomed with scissors but I think he has that "Blade Fear" about the testicles. so he is not able to do quite as nice of a job. I am going to buy him an electric razer. I was wondering if shaving or electric razer would make it better or worse for me. It is really nice to hear the men's point of view, it just seems so different for every guy. can I hear some views from women too? I tried to ask that question but they wouldn't let me post it, I think I worded it wrong. Not sure if this is my fetish or what, I just like the way it feels for some reason. More views please!!!

Just have him trim up a bit every once in awhile, much as "Lance Merriweather" recommends. No need to shave the scrotum, just trim shorter and shave the abdominal are a bit.

Why he would want to, I'll never know. There is no way in hell I'd ever let a razor-blade or waxing sheet go near my jewels.
Guys do NOT shave. Women shave. Men are hairy down there.
Is it a double standard? You bet. But it is one that has stood the test of time.

Personally, I like to keep trimmed up and I use a Remington electric hair trimmer(designed for head hair) with interchangeable cutter guards for different required hair lengths. You can safely go around the scrotum but I would always use one of the guards. You can cut really close but I would avoid attempting very close shaving of that area - no need to really.
