There is this girl who asked me out i kinda like her but i also like this other girl who will never like me. i am afraid if i say yes to the girl i might break her heart.what do i do?

I think you should say yes. If your ideal girl is never (and i mean if you are certain) going to go out with you then why are you even thinking about her. It takes a great deal of courage for a girl to ask a boy out (trust me) than the other way around so it must men that the other girl really likes you. If you go out, you may find that you like her even more than you realised and therefore you will be happy. You won't break her heart if you go out with her and don't even think of the original girl you liked. If it doesn't work it doesn't work but at least give the hun a chance if you sort of like her.
