Not necessarily. It could just be "day residue", that is, your mind doing some "mental housekeeping," kind of cleaning up the left over bits and pieces of things that you saw, thought, felt, came across, heard, or otherwise experienced that day.
How did you feel in the dream? Was it good, bad or indifferent? Weird, confused, scared? Anything else?
And how do you feel about that person in the clear light of day?
Some people say dreams tell us what we are pretending we don't already know.

Other times it is your mind reacting to a day's event and some other stimulation you had before bedtime.Its more important to look at the individual's appearance, mannerisms, sense of humor, and intelligence and decide from those elements if you find your self sexually attracted. There's your answer.
