I work for a call centre and recently they have taken temp staff on, some of which are male.

I amongst others have been allocating to help train 2. They have been there only 7 days and on the first Friday we all went to local bar after work at 4pm.

There was a large group of us, and i was talking to 3 of my girl mates. Whilst talking I had my back turned from the rest of the group.

One of the new temps a male, came behind me, without my knowledge and then proceeded to put his hands round my waist and started to fondle my breasts.

I turned quickly and he moved away. I looked at my girl mates and stated "where did that come from and what does he think hes doing".

As he is new and i didnt want to cause a sceane ( really wanted to smash his face in) I moved away from him to the other side of the pub.

He is in my team and I will have to sit next to him from next week. Is there anything I can do as the thought of this is winding me up and I think I may just explode and let rip and would prefare him to sit elsewhere.

Is there anything I can do.

Dawnie agony auntReport him as there is no excuse for what he did to you. What he did was blatantly sexual and this needs dealing with as soon as possible. You have witnesses so there is no question of him being able to wriggle out of it. I must admit i admire you for keeping calm as i know my response would have been to hit him HARD. As for sitting next to him next week, with any luck he won't be working there anymore. If your bosses don't act then say you will go to the police and file charges against him. Good luck.

I would tell you to just ignore him, but in fact no.

He sexually assaulted you - his boss - and your company is still going to pay him money to turn up.

Tell your boss at work you want this man sacked.

If you just ignore him he will have gotten away with it and will have learned he can go and do it again (or worse) to some other girl and there will be no consequences.

Your friends are witnesses that it was completely unprovoked.

Either that or lure him into a back alley and have him castrated.

Good Luck!! xx
