writes: well im really unsure about something which happened last night?! will anything happen to my boyfriend?. i was 16 last month and my boyfriend of nearly 6 months turned 19 yesterday, we went into town last night to celebrate his birthday and his new job. there was a few of us and even though we were drinkin, we were far from drunk. we were walking home just me and him at about midnight and he told me he loved me, it was the first time he'd told me he loved me and i was kinda suprised but soo happy! i love him to pieces. we stopped walking and he hugged me, but then he put me against a wall and started to kiss me. i was enjoying it so much and obviously so was too. he started undressing me and i completely forgot where we were, i did the same to him, he ended up poking me twice and i tossed him off, then he tried to put his self inside me but i pulled away, i didn't want to lose my virginity in a back alley in the middle of town even if it was dark and no one was about. then reality kicked in again and we got dressed, he looked at me and smiled i felt so in love it was untrue!! but then he looked up and he whispered to me *look up* so i looked up and there was a camera right above is! we were bang underneith it, i actually sh*t my self, my boyfriend said "nevermind? free porn innit" and laughed it off. we started walking home and i just stopped and hugged him i didnt know what else to do. he asked me what was wrong, i said "nothings wrong babe, do you think anyone saw us?" he told me everyting would be fine and we wouldnt get found out, but could we? all day today ive been wondering where the tape is, did it get us? did anyone watch? are they lookin for us right now? did we do anything ilegal? im soo scared! can anything happen to him? please can anyone offer any advice it will be more than welcome!

what you did WAS illegal. gross public indecency. IF you both got found out, i dont think anything would happen to your boyfriend....why would it? your both of legal age.

reader, anonymous, writes (9 July 2008): Nothing would be illegal in that sense, there are various indecent exposure laws that would have come into play had you been spotted by someone in person.
That security tape may well be somewhere, but, the effort and manpower it would actually take to hunt down a couple doing what couples do best? I don't really think it would happen, a murder on the other hand, is more what this camera's are aiming to capture.
I wouldn't worry so much about the tape being watched, its highly unlikely. Not impossible, but unlikely, as there would be no-one on watch at that time of the morning, and the tape would on be rewatched if it was required for evidence.
Basically, you needn't worry, theres almost no chance of trouble, and a very slim chance of anyone actually seeing what you got up too.

 Unless someone was watching the camera at the time, I would worry. Cameras are put up in case there is a crime so they can refer back to it. There not constantly manned. Even if someone was watching I doubt anything will happen anyway. Nothing to worry about.
P.s I must say that the free porn joke was genius!
