A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Really embarasing - thank god for this being on the web - but after a really bad break up and completely destroyed self confidence I didn't have sex for around a year I'm now over what happened before and the other week I had sex with my new bf he enjoyed it but I didn't - I felt like I really needed to pee the whole time, I felt really tense and I my eyes watered the whole time! HELP is this normal after a long time or what anyone know?!

MyDestiny agony aunt Well i wouldn't know, but maybe you're still "tense" as you said. Maybe you should just relax more and let it flow. And get more comfortable with the new bf, maybe you two aren't connecting enough yet for you to feel the joy in your intimate moments. Good night
