With a friend like this who needs enemies. I wonder how he would feel if it was his friend asking for advice on how to have sex with the Original poster's mother. It doesnt look like it works the same way in India. It is hard to find Indian law info online. I was reading a discussion in an Indian forum about marital rape. There were many different opinions. Finally one lawyer posted that they were all wrong and Indian law recognizes marital rape only when the wife is under 15 years of age. So we need to ask a lawyer to get the lastest info. Anyways regarding statutory rape Indian law seems to have an age of consent only for girls which is 16 as of 2006. But like you said oral sex is legal. Anyways here what society feels is more important than what laws say. People dont press charges at the drop of a hat here. Most cases would be settled out of court. The girl's parents will be very reluctant to make the problem public becoz the girl's future will suffer if it is known she is not a virgin even if it is not her fault. Our OP's biggest concern will be his friend. Even if everything is legal, it is very unlikely that his friend will appreciate it.

You need to take control of yourself and put these thoughts to the back of your mind unless you want to find yourself in plenty of trouble, not only with the parents involved but the law as well.
