I can get aroused very easily but when it comes to sex I only like to do it really fast cause if I try to go slowly, I lose the feeling and want to stop. I take a long time to finish normally as I just don't get the feeling that I used to get before I was diabetic. Sometimes I lose the erection and have to be helped to get it back again. Anyone got any answers to this please?

Ok, satindesire is right we are not doctors, and you should seek medical advice, but, I will stick my neck out here a bit as most of this information is available on most diabetes help websites:
The reason you can't maintain an erection is due to the poor circulation and nerve damage caused by the diabetes, the high glucose content in your blood can do all kinds of damage to your nerves and blood vessels, both of which are needed to maintain an erection.
The fact that you are having these problems now are a bit of a red flag. Do speak to your doctor and get looking for diabetes advice. These symptoms can be a pre-cursor to heart disease, and strokes!
