Foreplay is essential to reduce the pain, it relaxes you but also gets you excited to put a long story short! My first time was two days ago, I was a little nervous I will admit but my boyfriend managed to get me so relaxed that I only felt a little bit of pain and that only lasted for a few seconds, then afterwards it was great! (the pain was what scared me the most about sex) Take a warm bath together, give each other a massage with some sensual oil, and ask him to finger you first before trying to penetrate you. It worked wonders for me! Good luck, for some people sex is something that just gets better over trial and error.

Even though women come in different shapes and sizes, the vagina is designed to accomodate a penis and it's a myth that you get really "tight" girls. I used to think this was my problem, or that my husband was too big, but actually I've since discovered that it's all about how turned on you are. You need to be really wet. Try more foreplay etc to make sure that you are ready. If you aren't, then it's going to be too "tight" ad it'll hurt for you. You're bf wants to see you enjoy sex, so he shouldn't mind if you explore the different things it takes to turn you on more before sex...

i had a similar problem when i first started having sex. so i brought myself a toy and it has really helped to stretch myself out abit more.

also when you do have sex make sure you are really relaxed and use extra lube if you need to. you will find it more pleasurable eventually. just take your time.

anoms agony aunthey dont let him tell you whats best for you in that area, guys dont have..you know..woman parts. at best you could get on top an take it at your own pace. i heard that if women are too tight it puts guys at risk of tearing that part of skin at the top of the penis, apparently it bleeds for ages and the pain is very unpleasant, why dont you scare him a little and maybe he'l ease up lol, gudluk.
