Hi guys, basically my problem is this; I'm 20, lost my virginity to my boyfriend 9 months ago, he's my only sexual partner, he has had other partners, we always have unprotected sex, but we went to get him tested for STD's and he got the all clear. Well now you know the back story; every time we have sex I get a very painful lump on my perineum, my boyfriend is pretty big, could it be this? Its horrible because we can only make love once before it gets too painful and we cant again til at least 24 hours after. Help??

You should go to your doctor and get this checked out. It needs proper investigating because no one here can tell you what it is. So visit your doctor for a proper medical opinion.

Ima FreAk! agony auntHiyaaaaa,

Go to the doctors honestly just go to the doctors!

Any form of lump anywhere is a bad sign so get it check out sooner because it's better to be safe than sorry!

Is it itchy or swollen or red by any chance?

You could try some cream to see if it works but if it doesn't I strongly recommended to go to the doctors!!!!!

Hope my advice helps!

Good luck!

Ima FreAk!
