Well I've never been in a homosexual male relationship lol but I think its safe to assume its just like any other loving long-term relationship :) Try some things you two havent done yet. Maybe for example: roleplay- you can get pretty extravagant when you are not being you and he is not him. Or even take a vacation - do something exciting together. Then just from the excitement of new things it will liven you both up in general and in turn livening up your sex life. You two have been together long enough that hopefully you are comfortable with each other to talk about your sexual fantasies. Doing the same things the same way for a long period of time will eventually turn mundane- a little bit of variety and exploring each others fantasies should help spice up a dull sex life!
