(who is really nice) I have been working with him for 6 years and he's my favourite person in the world. We spend a lot of time together, talking , we have so much in common. I know he loves me too but I don't think 'in that way' he sees me as a younger sister or something. But he might secretly fancy me too I don't know. Everyone who we wrok with say we would be perfect together if we were the same age. I don't let anything on, but it's really getting unbearable. I love him so much and I rarely get to spend time with him outside work. I don't want to quit my job what should i do? How should I act?

But if it is as unbearable as you say then just tell him straight, if hes creeped out so what its life there always those we cant have and its going to be awkward for a while but does it matter? at least ur not killing yourself inside.
It's up to you really.
Good Luck xx
