Try brushing your hand softly and slowly against her cheek, while staring into her eyes. Maybe hold her hand? You could discreetly brush your hand around by her thigh, or it always feels sweet if you put your arm around her shoulder when you're sitting down - it brings her close and makes her feel wanted :]
