Question - (25 July 2013) 1 Answers - (Newest, 25 July 2013)
A female United States age 26-29, *mnot writes:

A few nights ago I started to have more trouble then usually trying tosleep. I feel as though someone is watching me or I think of demons and ghost and my mine starts to race and I think of ppossession and my heart rate spikes a little. And this only happens at night. I can't even sleep with my music on anymore. It started when my grandma moved a bed I had covering my closet door that's right next to my bed. I want to concure what ever this is. I'm not sure if this is just a bad feeling and it will past or if I'm afraid of the dark and I let my mine race.

I believe in ghost and stuff and I believe in god.

I really need some advice on this cause I'm scared.

A female reader, malvern United Kingdom +, writes (25 July 2013):

malvern agony auntIt's very very easy for our imagination to 'run away' with us at night whilst we are lying in our beds. I think many of us lie there conjuring all sorts of things in our minds. Imagination is the key word here but that's all it is. Imagination. Nobody is watching you. Before you go to bed watch something nice on TV, maybe a comedy or romantic film. Try reading a book. Leave your light on. If the light bothers you then wear one of those sleep masks that you can buy at places like chemists. During the daytime avoid watching creepy films. I had the same fears as you when I was your age. There's nothing to be scared of.
