 As long as you are both STD free, then it's fine. That's actually how the pill is meant to be used, you don't need a condom too or to pull out. Just make absolute sure you are taking the pill at the same time every day. Set an alarm and be diligent. When the pill says 99% effective they actually do mean without pulling out or a condom.

 If you are on the pill it should be safe for him to come inside you.
Just as important is to know for a fact that both you and your partner have been checked for STDs, and are disease free.......(expect you are, but just "a word to the wise...")
