But then, for whatever reason, perhaps he had sex on his mind, so he tried to change his words around and said "what i said about not knowin what i wanted wasnt meant about me and you" to try to make you think that he does like you. But not because he really does like you but only because he probably just had sex on his mind, or it didn't work out with the other girl. Or who knows?? But don't buy that line. Just move on.

Hard to say, you don't give much information, could mean that he's not sure what he wants out of life, not that he doesn't want to be with you.
